Agentically provides AI "operators" — software agents powered by third-party large language models — that produce drafts, research, and other work product inside your workspace. Operators can be wrong. All output is queued for your review, and you are responsible for anything you approve, publish, or act on. Agentically is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
Cloud plans (Solo, Team, HQ) are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and include a fair-use daily allowance of operator activity; you can add your own Anthropic API key at any time for unlimited use at your own API cost. The Desktop License is a one-time purchase of the downloadable software, which runs on your own machine with your own API key. You can cancel a subscription any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, the workspace is paused, not deleted.
Your workspace (operators, memory, conversations, approvals) belongs to you. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train models. Operator conversations are processed by Anthropic's API under their commercial terms. See the Privacy Policy.
Don't use Agentically for anything unlawful, to generate spam or deceptive content, to violate others' rights, or to probe or disrupt the service. Keep your workspace key secret — anyone holding it can act in your workspace. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.
Agentically is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
