Admin — everything except deleting the workspace. Broker — talk to operators, approve or reject, schedules, locations. Agent — talk to operators and read. Viewer — read only. Each person signs in to HQ with their own key, so the activity log shows who approved what.

We POST a signed JSON message when something happens: approval.created, approval.resolved, operator.replied, hook.received, call.completed, workspace.paused, workspace.resumed, crm.contact.created, crm.contact.stage_changed, crm.reply.received, crm.contact.unsubscribed. Works with Zapier and Make ("Catch a webhook") or your own server. Failed deliveries are retried twice.

Take everything with you
One file with your operators, their instructions and conversations, memory, schedules, approvals, activity and locations. Passwords, keys and connection tokens are left out.
Delete this workspace
Deletes the workspace, every operator, all history and files, and cancels the subscription. This cannot be undone. Only the owner key can do it.
